Why hasn't my tracking information been updated?

Our products ship from multiple warehouses, so there may be a few days between tracking updates as shipments move between states or territories.

If tracking hasn't updated within 3–5 days after shipment and your order is past the estimated delivery time,please contact us at service@easyliftliving.com with your order number.

What do I do if my package is scheduled to be delivered while I am on vacation?

In your case, we recommend postponing delivery while you're away. Feel free to reach out to service@easyliftliving.com to choose a specific shipping date to avoid delivery during your vacation period.

I canceled my order, where is my refund?

For Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original card. Processing time typically takes 5–15 business days depending on your bank.

How long is the warranty on the product I purchased?

How do I replace a product? Is there a fee for replacing a product?

If you require a product replacement due to personal preference, please send your replacement request to service@easyliftliving.com. Make sure to include your order number, product model, and the expected replacement model. We will verify the order information and the condition of the original product to confirm if replacement is eligible.

If you need a product replacement due to receiving a faulty/wrong product, please follow the steps below:

(1) Capture images or videos to demonstrate the product's fault or problem.

(2) Send the images, videos, and your order number to service@easyliftliving.com.

Can this item get submerged in a bathtub?

Yes, it works in a bathtub.

Does the package come with a charger and a hand control, or do I need to buy them separately?

Yes, the package includes a charger and a hand control, no extra purchase needed. If you happen to receive a package that's missing these items, we'll send out replacements.

How long does it take to get fully charged?

It takes about 2.5 hours for a full charge and it can be used from 8~10 times.

 Is it safe to use this chair lift in the bathtub, and can I immerse it in water?

Our chair lift is waterproof, allowing safe usage in water as long as the hand control is properly connected to the chair. It's safe to submerge during a bath, but make sure not to leave it submerged for extended periods after you're done.

 If I use the chair lift mainly for emergencies and not frequently, how often should I charge the hand controller?

The charging speed varies depending on the device and the power output supported by the dock. Many models support fast charging up to 15W for smartphones, with slightly lower wattages for other devices. Refer to the specifications for exact charging speeds.
